Returns and Repairs

All orders will be processed and production begun upon receipt and acceptance of payment. Damages arising from shipping and handling of items, and inconsistencies between ordered and delivered items, must be reported to Beansprouts Growth Charts, Inc. in writing, via website portal, e-mail, or hardcopy, within 7 days of delivery.

Upon written notice of shipping and handling damages, as outlined herein, Beansprouts Growth Charts, Inc. may choose to either ship the appropriate replacement parts with repair instructions or have the entire item shipped back for repair or replacement. These determinations shall be on a case-by-case basis and at the sole discretion of Beansprouts Growth Charts, Inc. All determinations shall be final.

Upon written notice of inconsistencies between the ordered item and the delivered item, as outlined herein, Beansprouts Growth Charts, Inc. shall ship the delivered item back and replace it with an item consistent with the order.

In such cases of repair or replacement, the new or repaired item will be shipped from Beansprouts Growth Charts, Inc. within 60 days of return.

Although color options on the website of Beansprouts Growth Charts, Inc. are depicted as closely as possible to the actual paint colors, because of variations in computers and monitors, Beansprouts Growth Charts, Inc. will not accept returns due to disappointment in color choice.

Returns for any other reason than outlined herein shall be considered at the sole discretion of Beansprouts Growth Chart, Inc. on a case-by-case basis. Determinations as to any return are final.
